The story behind Nhyer
In 2023, Alex Ren joined a 300-person company as a product manager. On day one, he received a single Google Drive link โ 847 files, no directory, no guide. Three months later, he was still asking coworkers where things were.
Meanwhile, his co-founder Jamie Wu, a former Notion and Confluence engineer, had spent years watching the same problem from the other side: companies had all the knowledge, but nobody could find it.
Together, they interviewed 200+ recently onboarded employees and confirmed what they already suspected: the problem wasn't the content โ it was the delivery. AI could make this 10x better.
